Lets see how to play the 1h3p1 in this line
Firstly
the 1 is the F note on the Thick E string (#6)
the 3 is the G note on the Thick E string (#6)
You play the F note with your 1st finger and strike the string with yoru right hand only ONCE.
Immediately while the F note is being played
you hit the 3rd finger on the G such that the G note is heard (hammer on)
and immediately pull it off such that it again plays an F (pull off)
BEND EXAMPLE
E -5b6-5b6(sustain)--5b6-5p3---|------------------|
B ---------------------------6-|-4p3-4-3----------|
G -----------------------------|--------3-5---3-5-|
D -----------------------------|------------5-----|
A -----------------------------|------------------|
E -----------------------------|------------------|
here the 5b6 means
You play the A note with the 3rd finger on the 5th fret on E string (String #1)
and strike the string once with your right hand.
Immediately after striking the string,
the 3rd finger which was playing the A note should be used to bend the strings upwards
such that it flows into playing the A# note.
